If you remain concerned about your recent tax valuations for a property on Spider Lake, one option for everyone is to seek out a certified appraisal to support an individual appeal made at the township/county levels. It would appear that some high valuations were successfully appealed when a recent appraisal was submitted with the appeal. Three appraisers who operate in Hubbard County are listed below.
